Rebecca Mills is a Westchester, NY-based artist and arts professional. She is a cosmic surrealist whose artwork is based in the Ultra Plastic Galaxy–an alternate universe in the artist’s imagination. Rebecca explores different mediums but is mainly a painter. She writes, curates, and is also an arts educator alongside her arts practice.
